Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It is provided under Article 10 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of the Obligation to Inform.
1. Data controller

2. What we process, why, and on which legal ground

This website has no contact form, user account, newsletter, analytics or advertising tools. If optional analytics are ever introduced, they will run only with your explicit consent (Article 5/1), and this notice will be updated first.
3. How we collect it
Technical data is collected automatically by electronic means when you visit the website. Communication data is collected directly from you, by electronic means or by phone, when you write or call us.
4. Who receives it
We share personal data only as far as each purpose requires, with these recipient groups:
- Hosting provider: Güzel Hosting, İçerenköy Mh. Bahçelerarası Sk. Mete Plaza Kat: 22, Ataşehir / İstanbul, on servers in Türkiye. Under Law No. 5651, the hosting provider keeps traffic records for its services.
- E-mail and telephone service providers: they process our correspondence with you in order to deliver it.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to write to our WhatsApp line (+90 541 938 19 97), your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, under its own terms, and may be stored outside Türkiye. For personal matters, please use e-mail or phone instead.
- Authorities: authorised public institutions and courts, where the law requires.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
5. Transfers abroad
Website traffic is not transferred abroad: the website is hosted in Türkiye and loads no third-party resources.
Typefaces, scripts and images are served from our own server. Visiting the website does not send your data to font, analytics or advertising providers. If you choose WhatsApp, the transfer is carried out by WhatsApp under its own terms, as described in Section 4.
6. How long we keep it

When a retention period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. A dispute or legal process may require us to keep data for longer, until it is resolved.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred;
- request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate;
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7;
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
- object to a result against you that arises exclusively from automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request in Turkish, in writing, with your name, signature, T.R. identity number (or nationality and passport number), address and, if you have them, e-mail address and phone number:
- by post or in person to YÖRÜKSAN, Acıdere OSB Mh. T. Özal Bulv. No: 8/1, Sarıçam / Adana, Türkiye; or
- by e-mail to info@merynox.com, either signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or sent from an e-mail address you have previously given us and that is recorded in our systems.
These channels follow the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest. A fee may be charged only where answering involves an additional cost, at the rate set by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your request is rejected or not answered in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
